JOey Sorge

is a NY actor and singer.  A Broadway veteran, he created and is currently starring as Dave, Michael Jackson’s business manager, in the broadway hit, MJ-The Musical. Prior to that he created the role of Rudy The Voice in the broadway production of Chazz Palmintieri’s A Bronx Tale - The Musical, directed by Robert De Niro and Jerry Zaks. His other broadway credits include the original casts of The Drowsy Chaperone, Nice Work If You Can Get It, How to Succeed in Business…, Follies, and Thoroughly Modern Millie. He is best known for playing The Fonz in Garry Marshall’s musical version of Happy Days - A New Musical. He has been seen in the films Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, Audrey, and Contradictions Of The Heart; and can be seen in television episodes of “The Deuce,” “Younger,” “The Good Fight,” “Elementary,” “The Path,” “Person of Interest,” and “Numb3rs.”  He works frequently in regional theaters such as Ogunquit Playhouse, Papermill Playhouse, Goodspeed Opera, and The Muny; and can be seen in numerous commercials from McDonalds to Listerine to Advil PM.  He lives in New Jersey with his wife Lori Alexander, their two children, Rio and Sophia, and their 12 year old shitzu, Teddy!
